LUX Infusion in Fairbanks doesn't take same-day appointments. That’s because we need to do some behind-the-scenes work before we can book your appointment. That includes:

• Receiving the order from your provider 

• Submitting the order to insurance for authorization 

Generally, this process tends to take several days. The LUX Infusion staff always strives to facilitate quick turnaround times while being as flexible and accommodating as possible with appointment times and bookings.

We are not able to support Saturday appointments at our Fairbanks infusion clinic at this time. 

If you need a medical infusion on a Saturday, our Palmer and Anchorage infusion centers are available to accommodate by-appointment Saturday infusion treatments. Simply call either location for more info about a Saturday booking.

Yes, we are happy to transfer your care to any of our infusion sites. Just work with your LUX team, and they will make the arrangements necessary for the care you need.

Parking is directly in front of our infusion center — you can’t miss it! 

We also have 4 plug-ins for those cold Fairbanks days.

Our Fairbanks infusion center is located next to Costco and Bucko's coffee shop.

Please notify your team as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your infusion treatment at our Fairbanks clinic (or any of our locations). 

Remember, following the prescribed treatment plan your provider has ordered is critical to achieving the best possible outcome.
