Celebrating the Month of the Military Child

Honoring Resilience & Strength

April is a month dedicated to honoring the incredible resilience and strength of military children. The Month of the Military Child provides a chance to shine a light on the unique challenges and sacrifices these children face, while also celebrating their extraordinary adaptability and courage.

At LUX Infusion, we recognize the pivotal role that military families play in our company and in the communities we serve.

We are committed to being an organization that is not only understanding but actively supportive of the challenges military families may experience.

The Impact of Military Life on Children

Military children often face circumstances that are unique and demanding. They may be asked to deal with separation, stress, and the unknowns that come with their parents’ service. Add to that the constant transitions, including new schools, new homes, and new friends, and it’s easy to see why military children demonstrate resilience beyond their years.

However, while they face difficulties, military kids are also incredibly resourceful and grow to be adaptive, empathetic, and strong in ways many people don’t fully understand. The strength these children exhibit is a reflection of the support, love, and dedication of military families who continually sacrifice for the greater good.

Supporting Lux’s Military Families

This April, as we recognize the Month of the Military Child, we want to take a moment to highlight the incredible military families of LUX Infusion.
