A Luxurious Infusion Experience,

After nearly a decade of getting infusions at the hospital, my insurance provider arbitrarily decided that was no longer an option. My primary care doctor had me try Lux Infusions and for the first time ever, insurance provider BS seems to have actually been to my benefit. The facilities at Lux are clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and seemed genuinely invested in making sure I received good care. I can highly recommend Lux for anyone receiving local infusion therapy.

These people go above and beyond. They are all absolutely wonderful and I always look forward to coming in. They make medical treatment seem like a day spa with top notch service. The facility is spotless. They even decorated and sang happy birthday to a patient. The care they give is unbeatable.

Everything from the time I walked in the door until the time I left was PERFECT! Seriously, I was amazed at how kind, competent and easygoing the staff was. Every one of them. And the place is nice, clean, comfortable... I could not have had a better infusion experience. I'm so glad my PCP referred me to them.

I had my first iv infusion today at Lux Infusion, and it could not have been a better experience. The entire staff treated me so well, making me comfortable and completely informed of the procedure prior to beginning. I highly recommend this place if you happen to need an infusion! I would give you 10 stars if I could.

What a fabulous place!! The entire staff made something that could be “not so fun” into a super pleasant experience. I needed an iron infusion for anemia, and had never had one before. This was like going to the spa for my medical treatment! Aromatherapy, a warm blanket, great snack & beverage choices, a fancy massaging/heated recliner… who cares about the IV in the arm! The entire staff was friendly and calming, and the infusion nurse was thorough, helpful, and attentive.

They were able to squeeze me in last minute for a surgery I had on a Monday and let me tell you, as someone who is chronically ill and has to get infusions OFTEN this is honestly the best place I've ever gotten one. The staff is all so sweet, caring and helpful and they even offered coffee and snacks and were constantly checking to see if I was okay. I ended up having to bring my 9 month old daughter and hey were so kind and accommodating!
