LUX Infusion is uniquely qualified to pursue and obtain such pre-authorizations, thereby significantly reducing the amount of time required to start your treatment, and allowing your physician’s office to focus more on patient care. The LUX Infusion commitment is to obtain such authorizations, in most cases, within one week of receipt of your physician order. In many cases, we will be able to obtain such authorizations within 24 hours of receiving your referral from your physician.

We know the timely start of your infusion treatment is the most important thing in the world! The LUX Infusion “Patient Navigator” will facilitate your scheduling through flexible online and direct phone interactions, creating comfort and convenience for you. We understand our patients and our referring providers need help in connecting the complicated dots quickly, so the actual treatments can begin as soon as possible.

The financial aspects of medical infusion therapies are difficult and complicated. We understand and appreciate the stress this aspect of the healthcare system can put on patients and their families. Many pharmaceutical companies offer financial assistant programs. Our Patient Navigators will traverse through these complicated programs to maximize the benefits that are available, reducing the financial burden of your medical treatments.

The Lux Infusion team acts as a partner with your provider office by sending electronic notes, feedback and general communication with them to ensure a complete cycle of communication, leading to a more effective overall care program for our patients.
